Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days except on rare occasions when an item may be temporarily out of stock, or item components having been discontinued by the manufacturer.

We will always contact you if there is a problem in shipping your order in a timely manner. If you are ordering a custom made-to-order bespone piece as specified in the item description, please refer to the item description for the usual timeframe and let us know if you need it by a specific date.

Standard shipping format is USPS small package with tracking number. USPS Priority Mail is available for a higher cost.
